At FCK Stock Offroad, we’re committed to getting your gear delivered fast and safe. Please review the following details regarding how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and location.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and residential/commercial addresses.
Carriers
We use major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. FCK Stock Offroad is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Final Delivery & Theft Policy
If your package is delivered to an apartment complex, mailbox, PO Box, FPO, or any unsecured location, we are not responsible for theft or loss once tracking confirms delivery.
We recommend:

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your item has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
