Thank you for shopping at FCK Stock Offroad. We’re committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure your experience is smooth from order to install. Please review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Free of damage or signs of installation

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to sender.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Defective items returned within 30 days are also subject to this restocking fee unless the defect is clearly due to a manufacturing issue or our fulfillment error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Items that have been used, installed, or modified

Custom orders or special-order items

Clearance, open-box, or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund—at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Final Delivery Liability
If your order is shipped to an apartment, FPO, PO Box, or other unsecured delivery location, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the item has been delivered.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or consider shipping to a secure location.
